Meet Ly
My name is Ly (pronounced 'Leigh'). I have been on a personal and spiritual path for over 11 years. Trained in psychotherapy with over eight years of experience in the mental health field, I am currently completing my MSc in Psychology.
As a channeler, medium, and energy healer, I curate my sessions to guide you, provide clarity, and remove blockages. I work primarily with those seeking alternative healing paths that complement or go beyond traditional psychotherapy.

These sessions are deeply transformative. It combines hypnotherapy with spiritual and multidimensional exploration. You are gently guided into a deeply relaxed state where the conscious mind softens, allowing access to the deeper layers of your soul's knowledge.
Within this expanded state of consciousness, healing can occur across multiple dimensions — past lives, ancestral patterns, soul contracts, and energetic blocks may be revealed and released. These sessions are only available for returning clients. They are shorter and designed for clients having one or two questions, or for clients wanting simple energy clearings (negative entities, negative emotions, curses). 45 Minutes- 145 CAD

How to prepare for my session?
Energetic Blueprint Reading:
Simply bring an open heart and curiosity. I highly reccommend you stay hydrated for the the session. Many clients like to have a glass of water with them during the session.
Astral Hypnotherapy sessions:
Please email your 8 questions and intention for the session 24 hours before the session. You may want to eat something light beforehand and have a snack ready afterwards, these sessions uses a high amount of energy. Most clients preferred be laying on the couch or bed. You must have a good pair of headset and I need to be able to see your face and body virtually. The level of deepness I can take you depends on my ability to see and hear you.

Sessions are safely and effectively occurring virtually. If you are in my area and would like an in person session, reach out and I will try to accommodate. Energy healing is as effective online as in person.
